Ride height restrictions
Children under 0.8m cannot ride on Dodgems, Twister and the Mini Coaster. On all other rides children under 1.2m will need to be accompanied by an adult.

All sizes are available from the cute 3/4 foot to the towering 12 footers, you'll be able to find your perfect tree this Christmas at Christmas Tree Village at Marsh Farm.

Where are you located?
We are located right next door to Marsh Farm Animal Adventure Park. Marsh Farm Road, South Woodham Ferrers, CM3 5WP.
Please Note: Entry to the Christmas Tree Village does not include entry to Marsh Farm Animal Adventure Park.
Who can I bring to the Christmas Tree Village?
We welcome all of the family; babies, children, grandparents, cousins, neighbours, everyone.
Are there any height restrictions on the fun fair rides?
Yes, Children under 0.8m cannot ride on Dodgems, Twister and the Mini Coaster. On all other rides children under 1.2m will need to be accompanied by an adult.
Do we have to pay to go on the rides?
No! All of our rides are included in the ticket price so you can go on them as many times as you want.
Please Note: The Festive Fun Fair is only running on the weekends.
Do I need to book and how much does it cost?
We are running timed sessions which will cost a minimum of £3.00 per person for 2 years above (depending on the session).
Please Note: Entry to the Christmas Tree Village does not include entry to Marsh Farm Animal Adventure Park.
Does the entry fee include money off your Christmas Trees?
No, there is no discount applied to our Christmas Trees from your ticket price. But we are certain our Christmas Trees are excellent value for money and we offer free delivery.
Have you got toilets?
Yes, our toilets are located at the entrance of Christmas Tree Village and include baby changing facilities as well as a disabled toilet.
Is is suitable for wheelchair users?
We have disabled parking and can accommodate wheelchairs throughout Christmas Tree Village. However some of the Christmas Tree areas are located on grass and the fields may be muddy and uneven.
Do you take card Payments?
We are only accepting card payments, we have gone cashless. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
When do we get our Special Elf Make a Bear
To try and prevent any lost elves you will recieve them when you leave the Christmas Tree Village. So your children can breath life into them at home.
